Breakfast: Alpen and semi-skimmed milk.

Lunch: Spag Bol and a banana, apple, orange, nectarine and blueberry freshly made smoothie.

Tea: Salad containing broken bits of seed and cereal pitta bread, mustard wilshire cured ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and extra light salad cream.

Pineapple, straweberry, rasberry and blueberry smoothie.

Water

Breakfast: an apple and a glass of orange juice.

Dinner: couple of salmon sarnies.

Tea: chicken stuffed with garlic, onions, red and yellow peppers, seasoned with oregano, thyme and black pepper, served with mashed and roast spuds, carrot and swede, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans and cheese sauce Cool

(I made an apple and plum crumble and custard as well, although I didn't eat any of that meself cos I was too f*cking full)
